The Complex welcomes four Dublin-based choirs to The Depot for 'Choral Connections', Ireland’s World Mental Health Day celebration. It will be an evening of song, stories and togetherness. The performers will share the stage across the programme, while MC Fionnuala Moran presents human-centred reflections on connection, recovery and hope. The tone is warm and welcoming, the production is calm and accessible, and will finish with a simple sing-along finale so everyone can take part.
Why it matters
Singing together helps people feel connected and opens gentle conversations around mental health. This event supports Mental Health Ireland’s mission to educate, empower and connect communities, making support visible, relatable and local.
Who it’s for
Everyone. Families, friends, colleagues, choir fans and first-time concert-goers are all welcome. Under-16s should attend with an adult.
