Salary: €34,000 pro rata

Hours: 2-3 Days per week (evenings and weekends)

Are you ready to play a key part in Dublin’s northside centre for Arts?The Complex, a vibrant multidisciplinary arts centre in the heart of Dublin, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Front of House Manager to join the team.

As part of The Complex, you'll contribute to a thriving hub that produces over 150 events annually, spanning visual arts, theatre, live music, and dance. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment while ensuring operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities

Responsible to the General Manager
Manage the security of the building
Manage the safety of the public
Oversee bar staff, front of house and security
Manage public mitigation, manage incidents, grievances
Complete event/show reports
Oversee event maintenance and cleaning.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills and Experience

1 year front of house/hospitality work
First aid training
Excellent communication skills
Late night availability
Interest in the arts
