We continuously edit our past. The present moment affects our memories, through the very process of reconstructing them. What can we hold on to as they alter or even disappear completely? Examining the imperfect, unstable nature of our memory through movement, sound and video, this new work immerses the audience and three dancers in a strange, beautiful, fragmented world. Surrounded by a sound score of whispers and fractured voices, detailed movements, architectural forms and unexpected connections begin to emerge.
Initial development of this work was supported by the The Arts Council / An Chomhairle EalaÃon, Dance Ireland and Cavan County Council Arts Office. Developed at FRINGE LAB with the support of Dublin Fringe Festival.
