Eoghan Ryan's exhibition 'A Sod State', which opens in The Complex on 12 April at 6pm and runs to 27 April, is accompanied by a publication featuring text contributions from Maria Fusco, Jaki Irvine and Pádraic E. Moore. Images throughout the publication are doctored and edited by the artist from the ongoing archive of newspaper clippings collected by his father, John Ryan. These are collated from the British and Irish media, cut, pasted and sent to the artist in packages since 2013. The publication is designed by Peter Maybury and is supported by The Arts Council. It will be available for purchase at The Complex for €10 for the duration of the exhibition and all proceeds go to the IPSC (Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign).
